Everything Is Malleable

Dress-  Moon Collection via Ruche //  Shirt -  Cotton Candy via Threadsence  //  Boots - Feet First  //  Ring - Spotted moth  //  Bracelet - F21

Nothing is relegated to specific categories in fashion any longer.  Which is why all the 'rules' can be broken.  A bridesmaid dress like this one can be worn when running errands around town.  It suits those needs just as well as it suited my needs when I was maid of honor at my best friend's wedding.

I think that's part of the reason I'm starting this new link up.  I want us to show each other, to inspire each other, on the magical and fun ways we can break all the fashion rules and look fabulous doing it.  I love seeing what someone else comes up with and having that spark my imagination.

*First rule we're breaking:  no white after labor day.  So style an outfit, post it anywhere - doesn't have to be a blog - and come back to link up next Thursday! No follows required.*

    1. Thanks Cody. That's really touching. Sometimes things just happen to fall together, and I thought the colors really worked. Plus, I liked how much the shirt dressed it down.

    2. You know, I didn't get this comment til I visited back. Some people may feel that they aren't getting replies. Just so you know.
You do look good. I took this as an example and did something similar.

    3. Huh. Yeah, I reply on the blog because I believe in transparency and because a few people have commented saying they don't like it going to their inbox. But I wish there was a way to do both :(

    4. Me too. I like going it going to the inbox so that way I can be more personal with the readers and sometimes the other person and I talk on forever.

    5. I thought that too, but then some people mentioned that they don't like bloggers invading their personal inbox space , and that they like the transparency of seeing the replies on the site, so I've done that because honesty and transparency are vital to me in blogging.

      It's such a tough call.
