Sometimes a simple day is what you need.
A day spent doing mundane tasks, and sitting around and reading. A day where I have time to reflect and think about things. Where you can sit in your skin and check in, "Are we good?"
As much as I love to be doing and running around and seeing people.
These check in days are necessary too.
