Night Is When It's Brightest

I styled this dress for day, but it really is an evening out kind of dress and that's where it showcases best.  The sequined band hist you on, and just above, your natural waist which is the most flattering silhouette. That's where our shapes are most accentuated.  And I love the slightly grungy abstract print.  It helps to make an otherwise sweet dress a little more, dare I say, grown up?

Perhaps my favorite part of these photos is that the tree branch makes it look like my hair is flying wildly around my head.  It adds a wonderful frenzy to an otherwise serene picture.  I kind of love that contrast.
